We are an International Information & Telecommunication Service Company, which has just established a local affiliate in Indonesia. Currently, we are looking for Junior Business Consultant and Customer Support in Jakarta.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Junior/Senior Staff for customer support operation & management (if possible) to IT System for business users on SaaS basis:

Receive a call from a customer

Respond to the customer in case of simple and/or frequent questions/requests

Coordinate between the customer and business partners such as a software vendor, a hardware vendor, a network provider

Log the correspondence with a customer & business partners

Manage a series of activities, if possible

Required skill & knowledge

More than 3-years for customer support service related to IT system

Graduation of university

Business Communication in English

Knowledge or skill for network design, software development or information system design/implementation. (This is not mandatory, but preferable.)
