Lowongan Kerja : 

FACILITY COORDINATOR MANAGER

Key Responsibility:

To coordinate with Training Team in order to facilitate all training / events and accommodations.

To Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping Team, Kitchen Team, Maintenance and Security to ensure smooth operations and highest standard of Quality & services.

Ensure smooth operations and utilizations of the facilities & all equipment

Maintain good relations with all levels of employees and to provide options and solutions in any situations

Able to work in a team environment and share ideas

Resolve and respond to any issues (technical & nontechnical) on day to day operations.

Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency & Functionality of the facilities and services offered at the Learning Center

Requirement :

Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university

Hospitality / services background / Office facilities background experiences

Experience in Financial planning & managing Team

Good command of English Verbally & Written

Good experience in dealing with third parties and vendors   

Open approach to conflict resolutions 

Service Oriented 

Having IT & telephoning system knowledge 

Strong knowledge in Services Facility Management

Willing to be placed at Belitung
