SENIOR MERCHANDISER

Profile conditions:

Min. Diploma/S1 in any background ± 4 years experience as merchandiser in garment industry spesialict in Jackets

Well proficient in English, oral and written

Computer literate inc MS Office particularly Excel.

Persistent character with strong communication skill.

Highly proficient analyzing and interpreting numerical data.

Able to work under high pressure and time controle

Knowledge about garment production process

Should be able to handle an account independently.

Willing to be located in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur or surrounding

Job responsibilities:

Develop an awareness and understanding of the Buying process, attending Range Building and Selection meetings where required.

Accurately update the key Merchandising systems, ensuring each item has been classified correctly.

Analyse both current and historical data to assist in the planning process.

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers in order to ensure service and support.

Analyse previous sales history to determine future size ratios, send out supplier enquiries, agree delivery dates and raise the purchase contract.

Attend and assist in supplier visits, discuss business levels and plan monthly production reservations.

Be involved in negotiating garment lead times.

Progressing The Range:

Attend and assist in Progress meetings to ensure that any potential problems are dealt with promptly and effectively in order that all key dates are met and keep the Merchandiser informed on any actions taken. Particular attention is needed to ensure the cut and production dates are kept to, maintaining the delivery date.

Liaise with our supplier base, ensuring that the stock is booked into the warehouse and delivered on time to meet the launch dates.

Communicate any issues , proposing and agreeing solutions and where necessary and taking required action.

Manage the Mock Shop requirements, with close liaison with suppliers, ensuring that samples are ordered to achieve the photo-shoot dates.

Management of stock across retail and directory, ensuring that both retail sales and directly service level are maximised

GARMENT – PATTERN MAKER – PATTERN CUTTER

Qualification :

Degree : S1 (Banchelor’s) with major in Fashion – Pattern design

Only experienced pattern makers are required – minimum 2 years experience

Skilled in CAD applications – preferably Lectra Modaris

Experience in jacket pattern making is a pro

Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Must be highly technically skilled in creating first pattern and making pattern amendments and gradings specs.

Overall well organized and detailed oriented. Positive attitude, hard working, driven, disciplined and self motivated to meet deadlines.

Willing to be located in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur or surrounding
